Please be aware we operate under the following terms and conditions: -
1. You must be over 18 to enter the venue
2. You may not smoke anywhere in the building (except in the designated
smoking area outside which is clearly signposted)
3. Dress codes and demeanor apply at all times at the club and online
4. We reserve right to refuse entry at all times, change offers and update our
terms and conditions.
5. Loyalty cards are not valid on public holidays, private events, and remain the
property of DADDY COOLS COVENTRY

*Terms & Conditions for TUESDAY night meeting are as follows:
1. Members benefits are available during trading hours which is 10pm until
2.30am on Tuesday evenings & 4am both Friday & Saturday Evenings.
2. Upon entry you will be allocated your weekly membership card which will have
your name written on it. At several points during the evening you ma be subject
to spot checks against your card and your personal ID. This is to ensure cards
are mot being transferred to other parties.
3. As a member you will be entitled to enjoy up to & including ten both non
alcoholic and pre specified alcoholic drinks during the course of the evening.
Each time you order a drink you must produce your members card for stamping.
3. Your drink maybe replaced once it is entirely finished and your vessel has
been return to the server at the bar. This is subject to busy time waiting periods.
4. Price is membership and drinks cannot be shared.
5. Each week a new membership card will be issued therefore drinks cannot be
carried over or transferred.
5. Full alcoholic content (ABVs) and units can be found on our drinks menu.
6. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink
responsibly at all times www.drinkaware.co.uk.
7. Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without
prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at
any time without notice. If ejected from the venue all future memberships will be
suspended for one whole year from date.
8. Alcohol served to over 18s only. Proof of ID may be required.
9. Service times may vary by business and are subject to licensing restrictions.
DRUG POLICY
DADDY COOLS COVENTRY operates a zero tolerance towards drug abuse.
DADDY COOLS security reserve the right to operate a random search policy,
and we ask that patrons kindly cooperate with such a request, failure to do so
may result in refusal of admission.
Any person found using or dealing drugs will be detained and the police will be
called.
Undercover security operate in this venue in addition to CCTV, this policy is for
the safety of all patrons and staff.
DADDY COOLS security reserve the right to eject customers acting in a
irresponsible manner in order to protect its licence, other members of the public
and staff.
BINGE DRINKING
DADDY COOLS COVENTRY operate a zero tolerance towards binge drinking.
DADDY COOLS security reserve the right to ask you to leave if you are acting in
a irresponsible manner in order to protect its license, and other members of the
public and staff who are enjoying themselves responsibly.
Any person found binge drinking will be asked to leave the premises.
Binge drinking is harmful and you should consider your state of health before you
plan a night out.
Undercover Security operate in this venue in addition to CCTV this policy is for
the safety of all patrons and staff.
Even though our bar/club is an enjoyable place to be, we ask you to consider
your actions on others on your night out!

WEAPONS
Please be aware that as a condition of entry you may be asked to be searched
on your way into the premises or even once inside of the premises. You are
entitled to refuse the search if you so wish MEANING ENTRY WILL NOT BE
GRANTED.
Should you be found to have any weapons on your person, you will be held and
detailed for the police attendance.

CLOAK ROOM
The Management of DADDY COOLS accept no responsibility for articles left in
pockets etc. and not shown to the attendant at time of deposit. Valuables should
not be deposited in the cloakroom. In the event of loss from this cloakroom our
insurers will not pay out on a claim from a customer.
Lost tickets will be asked to wait until the end of the evening or possibly the next
working day before item can be redeemed.
Coats will not be given out without a ticket. Only one item per hanger.
